The meeting will bring together the areas of supramolecular chemistry and functional electronic materials to cast fresh light on the relation between the physico-chemical properties of single molecules and of their supramolecular architectures, thus fostering the development of a supramolecular approach to a variety of applications: from molecular motors and nanoelectromechanical systems to light-emitting or photovoltaic diodes, and field-effect transistors.
